1. Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. After this period, we cannot accept your return request.

For seasonal items purchased during promotional periods (e.g., holiday collections), the return period is extended to 45 days from receipt to accommodate gift-giving occasions.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box, which must be in pristine condition
  • Accessories (belts, scarves, etc.) must have all original packaging and tags
  • Items must be returned with all accompanying items (e.g., care cards, dust bags)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:

  • Undergarments and swimwear (unless unopened and in original packaging)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Face masks and beauty products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items purchased from clearance sections with discounts over 50%

These restrictions comply with health and safety regulations and are clearly indicated on product pages prior to purchase.

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Process

  1. Submit a return request:
    • For purchases on third-party platforms: Log in to your account, go to "Order History," select the relevant order, and click "Request Return"
    • For email requests: Contact our customer service at admin@ngworld.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval: We will review your return request and send confirmation within 2 business days
  3. Prepare your return:
    • Package items securely in the original packaging if possible
    • Include the return authorization slip we provide
    • Do not include any items not part of the approved return
  4. Ship your return:
    • Print and attach the provided return shipping label
    • Drop off at the designated carrier location
    • Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong item sent).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund according to the following timeline:

  • Inspection and processing: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund initiation: Within 1 business day of approval
  • Refund completion: Depending on your payment method, 3-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. We cannot issue refunds to alternative payment methods for security reasons.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to our error.

If you received a discount code or promotion with your original purchase, the discount will be prorated in your refund amount based on the returned items.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • Description of the issue

We will provide a prepaid return label for damaged items and process a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost, at your discretion.

We cannot accept claims for damage caused by improper use, washing, or handling after delivery.

7. Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item (incorrect style, size, or color), please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost, and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Please do not wear or use incorrect items, as this may affect our ability to accept the return.

8. International Returns

For international orders, the same 30-day return period applies from the date of delivery.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, import duties, and taxes. These charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using an international courier with tracking capabilities. NGWORLD is not responsible for items lost in transit or delayed by customs.

Refunds for international orders will be processed in the original currency, excluding any international transaction fees which may be deducted by your bank or credit card provider.

9. Third-Party Platform Returns

For items purchased through third-party platforms (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Temu), additional conditions may apply:

Amazon

Returns must be initiated through Amazon's returns center. Our 30-day policy applies in addition to Amazon's A-to-Z Guarantee.

Shopify

Returns can be processed through our website or via Shopify's return portal, following our standard return procedures.

eBay

Returns must comply with eBay's Money Back Guarantee policies, which may differ from our standard policy.

Temu

Returns are processed through Temu's platform according to their return window and procedures, typically 90 days from delivery.

We recommend reviewing the specific return policies of the platform where you made your purchase, as their policies may take precedence.
